Selection of the Demand Scenario in the Demand Scenario Risk Analysis

Problem

Sometimes you notice that the demand scenario with wrong interval is selected.

For example,

As shown in the below image, the demand scenario with longest interval is getting selected instead of the shortest one.

Solution

As per the definition, APM selects the demand scenario with the highest criticality value.

For APM to work properly, all Criticalities defined in the APM should have the proper Criticality Sequence which will help APM to identify highest value, which will further assist in selecting the demand scenario with highest criticality value.

For example, in the recent SR, we determined that the criticality sequence was not defined properly; which is causing APM to select wrong demand scenario.
