Running multiple environments, Sandbox, QA and PROD. How to configure Server and Client email settings for various notification so that attached APM Objects are launched from the correct Environment?
In addition to setting up the SMTP Host Name in the Server configuration, when there are multiple Server instances running in an APM Environment, the Instance For Outgoing Email Shortcuts setting must be utilized. The Instance setting unifies all Servers and Clients for each Database Environment so that APM object attachments on emails exchanged are all launched from the correct Environment.

Note:
Make sure user(s) running Action Scheduler and the Server Services (LocalSystem from the server) have an email defined on their APM Employee object.
