Whereas some users can access 4D Analytics tab on an Indicator to view historical indicator readings, other users reported that they receive a seemless login error:
4D Analytics data is stored in a separate database and application from APM, although the 2 appear to be seamlessly integrated when viewing the 4D Analytics tab. When there is a seemless login failure, this indicates that the user has not been granted Access to the Amulet (4D Analytics) database/application. Launch a request to the project team to grant access to these additional users to the 4D Analytics (Amulet).
