In Assetwise Interop environment Asset Status is not always updated

Problem Description

An APM user with Assetwise Interop connection to Oracle has noted that the Asset Status isn't always changed when the Asset Status is changed in Oracle.

Solution

The time-stamp of the APM Solution Package is in UTC but the outbound Oracle message is not and Assetwise Interop is not converting this Oracle status change date to the appropriate time in UTC. This was causing past dated status change messages which were failing to process due to business logic in APM. The Assetwise Interop team corrected the situation by adding 7 hours to the Assetwise Interop messages so that when they imported to APM Solution Package the messages would be dated appropriately in UTC time.
