Noticed that recurrence based calculated indicators were not updating post introduction of Interop.
After investigation, it was found that a particular indicator was causing the issue. This indicator had a previous alarm that previously acknowledged by work order. Any further readings that would have triggered an alarm were auto-acknowledged by work order. However, because work orders are no longer allowed in interop, this caused the scheduled action to fail.
1. In Indicator settings-Acknowledgment Policies - We changed default acknowledgment method to Work Request from Work Orders.
2. Closed all open Work Order Tasks that did not have an open checksheet against it.
These steps have seemed to fix the problem
Acknowledgment Policies need to be reviewed when moving to InterOp and open work orders referencing an alarms must be closed
