User with APM SAP Gateway (CMMS Interoperability) found that Functional Location messages were importing and processing successfully for one site but not at other sites.
APM can have one or more external data providers set-up. This allows for users to have different sites pointed to different SAP instances. As such, each site may have it's own integration settings. These settings are kept together wherever possible but for some particular properties this is not possible and these settings may be missed when setting up an integration. The most commonly missed setting is the Site's SAP Plant, Planning Plant and Maintenance Plant.
From the Site's Administration pulldown menu, select Interoperability and Integration Settings > CMMS Interoperability:
On the SAP Details tab, populate the relevant Plant, Planning Plant and Maintenance Plant for the Site:
