User found that APM Assetwise Interoperability Work Order time stamp does not match the time APM Work Order is received from Oracle. Date and Time in the Oracle Work order and Date and Time in APM InterOp Work Order are different by 8 hours. APM site time zone - EST (4 hours from UTC).

In this particular case, the Interoperability Solution Package did not contain a timestamp and the value was therefore defaulted as 12am.
