In an SAP Gateway (CMMS Interoperability) environment, end-users did not receive checksheets on APM Remote on the expected day despite having received the same checksheet previously. Upon review it was found that the SAP Maintenance Order Basic Start Date and the APM Checksheet Planned Start date did not match.
When APM creates a checksheet based on an SAP Maintenance Order, the checksheet date is set on the checksheet and matches the Maintenance Order's Basic Start Date. This is done by way of the Create Checksheets from Maintenance Orders scheduled action in APM. However, this schedule action only handles the creation of checksheets and does not subsequently update those checksheets already created. To update APM Checksheets with changes to SAP Maintenance Orders' Basic Start Date, Status and other SAP Values, the user must set-up the "Update Checksheets with SAP Order Values" scheduled action. See the "APM Interoperability SAP guide" for instructions.
