Problem:
APM Users may notice that the count sheet is not having any items to be counted, when it is created with count group filter.
Solution:
Count groups are used to filter and sort warehouse items to be counted on count sheets. Each warehouse item can be assigned to one count group. While creating a count sheet there is an option of count group from which to select items to count.
If the blank count sheet gets created, then there is a possibility that all the items from selected count group are already on one of the count sheets which is not processed yet.
