Bentley Mobile Inspections changes not appearing in IOS or Android devices post hotfix or version upgrade.
IOS and Android devices installations of Bentley Mobile Inspections are sometimes cached on the devices are the end-users are not explicitly permitted to perform a complete update. In cases where an update or hotfix of APM does not appear to have fixed its intended function we recommend that the user's mobile device administrator clear the original Bentley Mobile Inspection application from the device entirely or, in the worst cases, restore factoring settings on the device before attempting to install Bentley Mobile Inspections. Should this not resolve the issue please report the issue as a Service Request to APM Technical Support.
