Problem:
In APM, the maintenance action plan indicators are linked to the action plans for failure modes and can be seen when the individual failure mode is opened.
How to get the list of all the maintenance action plan indicators and the failure modes where they are connected to?
Solution:
The list of all the maintenance action plan indicators and the failure modes where they are connected can be obtained by mean of custom table configuration.
Here are the steps to create the new table configuration which fulfills this requirement;
1. Open APM and go to Inspection Management view >> Indicators tab >> Listing tab. 2. Click on the Configuration drop down menu >> New button 3. On the New Configuration window, click on Change 4. Enter “FailureModes.MaintenanceActionPlan.MaintenanceActionPlanIndicator” in the field for Relationship to the class to display starting from site as shown below and click Ok 5. The name of the configuration can be changed as per the choice, for example in this case set it to “List of maintenance action plan indicators and failure modes” as shown below and click Ok 6. The blank configuration window will appear. Click on Browse Available Columns button to add columns to it. 7. All the required columns can be added from Browse Available Columns window 8. Here is the self-explanatory screenshot which shows the columns added and join path used; 9. The table configuration will display all the maintenance action plan indicators and the failure modes where they are connected as shown below; 10. Group By feature can also be used in order to sort the listed data by maintenance action plan indicators as shown below;
