When trying to create follow-up WO from activity report the list of work type for new WO is not appearing in the work type drop down (see screenshot).
You can select valid uses for the respective Work Type so that it can appear in the work type drop down list while creating follow-up WO from activity report.
To achieve this please follow the below steps.(See attached screenshot)1. Go to Work Management View2. Settings3. Work Orders4. Select Work type at your enterprise5. Select respective work type from list6. Select Usage7. Select ‘Follow up work’ checkbox
Note: If CMMS Integration is active (on enterprise), the work type requires CMMS integration information on it. Only you will be able to select work type for new WO document type.
