Problem: 

After performing APM upgrade, the existing service provider details are not getting updated to the new version details.

For example, as shown in the below screenshot, APM was upgraded from version 7.11.0.27 to 7.12.3.18, but the version field still shows 7.11.0.27;

Solution:

Bug created 616485 - Service Provider details are not getting updated after APM upgrade.   

The data displayed in the service provider details is just for information and doesn’t have any adverse effect on the APM performance. Therefore, the version information mismatch can be ignored.

The above mentioned issue has been fixed in APM Version 7.15 and the field is no longer displayed.
