Mobile Inspections application shows a Bad Request error

 Product(s):APM Implementation and Performance Management
 Version(s):N/A
 Environment:N/A
 Area:N/A
 Subarea:N/A

Problem:

When user launches Mobile Inspections, the application launches successfully but user is presented with a "Bad Request" error.

Solution:

Bad Request errors result from an inability to successfully synchronize with the APM database due to inadequate security privileges in APM. This often occurs with users updating their existing APM Installation to a never version of APM, as sometimes new classes and attributes are added to the base product but not accounted for in the existing security profiles. The individual securities needing updated to Fully editable are found in the following article:

Note - if you find additional class or attribute securities are also resulting in a unsuccessful synchronization, please report a new Service Request referencing this article.
