Problem Description

User has found when working on CPR and MTA Maintenance Action Plans that the "New" and "Browse" Indicators button on the Implementation view do not always activate when the Maintenance Action Plan is in edit mode. Sometimes changing the view and return to the view activates the button but it is not consistent.

Solution

The issue is sporadic. It has been reported as a bug, VSTS#636966 - "New / Browse Indicator buttons on Maintenance Action Plans suffering apparent state refresh issue".
Workaround is to cycle through the views or change the maintenance action plan status to a different one and back again. This appears to work for most maintenance Action Plans but not all. If this does not correct the issue please report a Service Request.
