Problem Description

A user with an SAP Gateway (CMMS Interoperability) environment acknowledged several alarming indicators at the same time. In the Acknowledgement description, only the first selected Indicator's Reading notes were included in the description and, subsequently, the Notification was created without this necessary information.

Solution

Reported as a bug, VSTS724322. The workaround is to manually update the Acknowledgement Description with the relevant details from selected indicator readings that the Planner requires to properly plan and prioritize the Work Order at the time of acknowledgement.
