Problem Description

When data loading historical readings, user found that all of their readings for ODC indicators errored despite having all of the required data.

Solution

Indicator Readings must follow business logic rules established for the Indicator regardless of whether they are entered manually or via the data loader. In this case, the user had the Indicator Readings rule for Ad hoc (manual) creation set to not allowed for Indicators Collected from an online source.

Temporarily selecting the option to allow "Indicator collected from an online data source" allowed for the data loaded readings to be processed successfully. The user then reset the rule post processing.
