The Portal
Ideas Portal is our new vehicle to submit Enhancement Requests.
Submissions will be reviewed on a regular basis and made eligible for voting where the Idea is deemed in line with product direction for our Assetwise Asset Reliability solution.
Our community of APM Users will be able to review, comment on, and vote for your Ideas. Votes are a key input on Product Management decision making.
Feedback on the status of your submission will be automated! Ideas status is visible in the Portal, and Emails containing the Idea ID and Title, will be sent with key status changes.
How to enter an Idea
A designate for your company will be the one to submit Ideas and vote on them. If you are not aware who your designate is, please submit a Service Request to APM Product Support, we will lookup or create your company representative.
Go to Assetwise APM BeCommunity Ideas page
Sign in to the Portal and Click on the Add a new Idea button
Fill in the form with as much detail as possible, embedded photos and file attachments are supported. Pick a Category as best you can, then click Share when finished.
