Users getting error while opening PDF or any other attachments in APM

Problem

This happens when an user adds a PDF or any other attachment but other than this user, others users are unable to view(or gets error) the attachment in APM database;

Solution

This is because the embedded check box wasn’t checked off. The file hasn’t been saved in the database, therefore only the user who uploaded it can see it only.

  

To resolve this, the user has to create the attachment again and check off the box to have the file embedded as shown below;
