Checksheet data lost upon upload

Problem Description

Remote User reported that several recently completed checksheets were missing from APM Foundation post synchronization.

Solution

The user's APM Administrator reviewed the recent history of Checksheets and Mobile Activities for the Remote in question. It was found that the Work Orders associated with the Checksheets that were reported missing had been Closed before the Remote computer synchronized with APM Foundation. The uploaded transactions (checksheet reading) could not be successfully written to the checksheets in APM Foundation because the checksheets in APM Foundation were status canceled. Cancel checksheets are locked from receiving readings. Closing a Work Order will closed any associated checksheets, if the checksheets are blank at the time the work order is closed, the checksheet will be canceled. This is the intended functionality.

There is no flaw in APM in this regard. There was simply a premature Work Order closure. User should always complete work in APM foundation prior to closing the work order.
