Problem
Inconsistency in Case usage of Server Instance naming causes problems with Oracle. Service provider will not be found and will fail to load silently, no message provided.
When creating new Server Instance in APM Configuration, lower case is forced. Can type 'ServerInstance' using caps but ends up lower case:
Whereas in Enterprise, can type in 'ServerInstance' and it is not converted to lower case:
Solution
If using Oracle, ensure that the case usage matches exactly when adding Server instance to Enterprise to case used when defining the Server Instance in APM Configuration.
With Oracle database backend, standardize on using all lower case when defining server instances in Enterprise/Servers tab.
