Problem Description

Extra charges were included on an Invoice Template. When the Invoice Template was used to create a new Invoice, the extra charges were not added to the Invoice..

Solution

This was reported as a bug, VSTS#805984.

The workaround is to manually add the extra charge to the Invoices.
