Single user can't log in to APM with CONNECT Credentials

Problem

We have a specific user that can`t log in to the application. We tried to change machines but the same results.

We tied too to recreate the profile and the same results. We have already created more hundred users on Cameco and is this is the first time we are seeing this.

When he tries to log in (enter email and password) the system just closes auto.

Solution

There's a typo either in IMS (username@orgname.com) or APM OUser object which must be the same, causing a mismatch situation and resulting in authentication failure.  verify both and update incorrect one.
