ODC Agent not reporting readings in QA environment after DB refresh from Production

Problem

On Prem ODC Agent no longer working in QA after refresh from Production Database.  We haven't seen any readings in QA since the upgrade. The ODC agent server appears to be running fine, it looks like reading requests are not being created/polling schedule not firing.  

The API Key required for running On-Prem ODC Agent is stored in the database, so happens that the refresh from Production overwrites the Key and causes a mismatch between the Agent and the database.



Solution

Re-generate API Key and update ODC Agent installation with the new Key.
