BECS on-premise server connection issues


Problem Description

A Users on-premise BECS Server connection issue was reported. it was noted that Objects within Interop on Production environment were not being updated. Hosted Interop system is operational but noted issues with BECS connections. 

Solution

The problem was identified to be a credential issue for the 'becs' user on Production server used for SAP integration. The account was found to have expired. Since it is an on-premise installation, user was requested to check the account. Upon investigation, the account was found to have been locked following internal password expiry policy. System was back on after the account was reset.
