If you go to the checksheet readings screen on the mobile, select default to normal, all readings appear set to normal. Then if you select an indicator and change the reading, then go out to the list of activities view all the readings that were defaulted to normal status revert back to none. You then have to go back to checksheet view, set the readings to default to normal again and this time it will work.

Workaround is to select default from the checksheet view, then set the non-normal readings manually and then cycle between the checkheet view and reading view to make sure the readings stay normal before uploading the checksheet.
