Problem

What condition would cause the message below to be displayed?

 

User is getting the following message every time they log into APM with their CONNECT User credentials:

 

 

 

Although it is an error (according to the big red X), it allows him to proceed through to using the product.

Solution

In this situation the SAP external data provider is using shared credentials that are invalid.  The use tested this connection and the password did need to be updated.
