When investigating Closed Completed Task scheduled action execution history, the Completion status of the Most recent execution is Failed and the execution history only shows Started events in Completion Status, there are no Completed normally events, as expected.
In this case, there were outstanding, unprocessed activity reports which were causing a processing difficulty.. User went to Site>Work Management>Work Orders>Activity Reports tab to the list of unprocessed reports and dealt with them interactively. On attempt to process, error was reported on screen, and the user was able to edit the report to allow successful processing.
After the backlog of problematic activity reports was cleared, the Closed Completed Task scheduled action completed successfully.
