Problem Description

User reported that the Maintenance Action Plan Indicators data loader errored when indicators with the same name (assigned to different assets) are loaded to the same failure mode. It is common for Oil an Gas users to use a single Maintenance Action Plan for a particular failure mode and link multiple indicators with the same name but assigned to unique assets to that single failure mode.

Solution

This has been reported as a bug, VSTS 1048186.

As a work around, users can elect to make the Indicator names distinct or to manually browse for indicators from the Maintenance Action Plan
