Problem

User noticed some checksheets that normally auto-generate will suddenly miss a WO/Checksheet call at random. 

This happens with a weekly PM Solution Package,  there is a gap of 1 weekly checksheet missing every once in a while, that had to be
manually generated.

Solution

Taking a closer look at this Solution Package information in the QA environment, we noticed that the same ‘miss’ which happened for the Feb 5 Checksheet happened for the checksheet expected on Jan 8.

Then we looked to find out more about the triggered of this Solution Package, and found it has 2 cycles defined, a weekly and a 4 week:

Looking into the 4wk cycle, which matches the pattern (short as it is) of the missing checksheet, we found that there is no alternate task specified, and actually, no task at all on this cycle:

The Solution Package has only 1 task anyway;  so what is the purpose of the alternate 4WK cycle? Perhaps this is the source of the missing checkshheet at a 4 week interval?

I suspect that if the 4WK cycle is eliminated, you will get a consistent 1WK cycle.  Will confirm.
