Frequent system crashes due to - AccessViolation Mobile


Problem

Frequent Mobile REST Service Crashes were reported. 

The User did not have any specific workflow to reproduced the crash, as there were multiple devices being used on-site.

One particular site user was able to record the crash showing the application crashed as soon as it was started. 

Solution

Log dumps indicated that Assets were downloading that have no Parent Asset info in the Hierarchy. These Assets were identified and corrected, and issue was resolved.
