Problem Description

An APM user with Assetwise Interop (AWEIS) connection noted post upgrade to APM release 7.18 that not all checksheets for Mobiles Inspections expected to be generated from solution package ( from our SAP' maintenance plans) are being generated.

Solution

The inspections not generating for solution packages was a result of an issue (outage) on the Production servers. The server issue stopped the action scheduler which is responsible for generating the checksheets.
