Android client occasion posts a Page Expiry Message

Problem Description

An APM Mobile Inspections user with an Android device noticed that that occasionally the Mobile Inspections app would post a Page Expired error.

Solution

It was found that this may occur when a user leaves the login page without clicking Accept then come back to it some time later and try to accept the login. This particular user was not using the tool in this was but it appears as though additional fixes in release 2.4 have caused the page expiry error to cease to occur.

Upgrading to release 2.4.1 does appear to resolve the error. Should you have this same issue, please report a new service request and plan an upgrade to APM Mobile Release 2.4.1.
