APM Remote fails to synchronized due to unresponsive service

Problem Description

An APM user running APM Remote tried to synchronize a Remote and errored because the service was busy.

Solution

Users may occasionally experience failed synchronizations when a large number of actions are being executed by a single remote or the service has gone stale. The end-user will need to wait for the service to clear or request that the service be restarted if after several hours the service is still unavailable. Should this problem occur frequently, then the user is encourage to get additional APM Remote/Synchronization services installed.
