Problem Description

A User in an Assetwise Interop environment integrated with SAP noticed that when checksheets are created by APM based on a Maintenance Order from SAP they were not automatically downloading to APM Mobile Inspections whereas checksheets created within APM manually would be. Upon review the checksheets created based on SAP Maintenance Orders were is status New but those created manually were of status Assigned.

Solution

This was reported as a bug, VSTS1034652 and repaired in APM release 7.20.

The workaround is to manually assign checksheets to the mobile computers for those Checksheets generated based on SAP Maintenance Orders.
