Problem Description

An APM Remote user found that when an indicator, asset or asset and children are marked as unavailable, they cannot easily remark them as Available from the remote if the button was pressed mistakenly..

Solution

Although there is no Mark as Available Button from the Reading Entry Panel, the user can navigate to the table view by pressing the button indicated below:

From the table view, the user can then select the indicator and use right-click to choose Mark as Available.

A bug has been reported to request that a "Mark as Available" button be added to the Reading Entry panel to make the reversal more easily when "Mark as Unavailable" is selected accidentally.
