An APM Mobile user found that photos linked to checksheet indicator readings were not uploading to APM Foundation.
User found that the APM Mobile Photo settings were set to Original size:
And APM Foundation's photo settings were set to 1024 x 768
APM Foundations photo setting and APM Mobile photo settings should match, this has been reported as a bug, VSTS#1201685. It should also be noted that in this case the Mobile's resolution of original far exceeded APM Foundation's limitation on photo size.
The workaround is to manually set the photo size to match between APM Mobile and APM Foundation. The photo setting in APM Foundation are shown above, to get there navigate from the Inspection Management view > Settings tab > Indicator sub tab > Data Collection page > Photos sub page. The photo size setting from APM Mobile Inspections is found by clicking on the 3-dots on the top right-corner and select the gear icon:
In the "Scale photos to size" select the value that matches the value used in APM Foundation.
