An APM user found that a table configuration for checksheets was showing the Object ID number for the checksheet whereas elsewhere within APM the checksheet number is referenced.
Prior versions of APM may structure and display data in different locations, including Object IDs instead of Object numbers. When a user creates a personal configuration, admin configuration or shares a personal configuration built on top of an APM out-of-the-box configuration referencing certain columns these columns references are then set to what they are at that point in time, they do not update automatically even if the APM out-of-the-box configuration has changed. This can lead to obsolete data being displayed in product.
When a user comes across this situation, the recommendation is to either revert the configuration to the out-of-the-box configuration or manually repair the configuration to include the new data and remove obsolete references.
