Problem Description

An APM user with SAP Gateway integration was no longer able to successfully acknowledge an alarm in APM post upgrade and was receiving an error message stating that the acknowledgement was missing failure information.

Solution

The user had a customization requiring acknowledgements have failure information. After the recent upgrade, user had not had customizations turned-on resulting the inability for APM to send the required failure data. Turning on the customizations and custom events resolved the problem.
