Problem Description

An APM Remote user has noticed a difference in APM Remote defaulting behaviour for Fluid Sampling Checksheets created AdHoc versus when those created in APM Foundation and downloaded to the Remote. For an Adhoc created Checksheet for a Fluid Sample on APM Remote, when entering a Normal reading on the indicator the Test lab is not defaulting on the Fluid Sample > Sample Info tab of the Indicator Reading dialogue. Whereas, for an APM Foundation generated Checksheet for a Fluid Sample on APM Remote, when entering a Normal reading on the indicator the Test lab is defaulted on the Fluid Sample > Sample Info tab of the Indicator Reading dialogue.

Solution

This has been reported as a bug, ADO 1225701. User is using a temporary customization to default the test lab for adhoc checkhsheets but users can also select a value for the Test Lab manually while recording the indicator reading.
