Problem Description

An APM Interop user is getting duplicate RFW creation xmls in the SAP when an RFW is created via auto-acknowledging Indicator.

APM end-users are creating adhoc checksheets and populating an indicator that is set-up to produce an acknowledgement with an RFW automatically. That is being sent to SAP and two notifications are returning. When looking into the SAP inbound xml messages, two separate messages exist for the same acknowledgement RFW with slightly different time stamps.

Solution

This very similar issue does appear to have been reported by a different interop user. The difference being in the previous case (ADO#935229) the acknowledgement was done manually, whereby in this new case is it set-up to an automated acknowledgement.

This has been reported as a new bug, ADO 1243336.
