Problem:
It is noticed that Bentley Connect User is not able to login to the APM Thick Client as an Administrator while using APM Version 7.12.4.26 and hence missing some of the tasks which can only be performed with Administrator access.
Solution:
This issue has been fixed in the APM Version 7.22
It is mandatory to use APM User with Windows Authentication Type to login to APM Thick Client as an Administrator when using APM Version 7.21 or earlier.
