Characters length limitation on Excel File Name while sending RFQs

Problem:

There is a functionality in APM which allows the Users to send RFQs to Suppliers through an email. When using this functionality, APM creates a bid sheet in the excel file format and sends it to the supplier as an attachment.

But it is noticed that APM is sending those emails without attachment.

Solution:

There is a limitation on the allowed number of characters for the spreadsheet file name. APM allows only 100 characters including the file extension (.xlsx) for spreadsheet's file name.

There is probably a low priority bug that APM should automatically limit the file name to 100 characters and generate the spreadsheet for sending as an attachment through email.

As a workaround, please make sure that the attributes which are used to generate the spreadsheet file name are having the values which will not exceed the 100 character limit on the spreadsheet file name including the file extension(.xlsx)
