Defect Description 

Chinese characters become invalid, when printing reports to PDF file.

Steps to Reproduce:  

Step 1:  Open RCM Analyses

Step 2:  Analysis -> Print -> RCM2 -> Select any worksheet with data

Step 3:  Click on Print to dropdown Select 'File' and File format 'Portable Document Format (*.PDF)'

Step 4:  Click on 'Print to File' button and save file.

Step 5:  Actual Result:


 

Workaround:

If your computer has installed Microsoft Print to PDF or CutePDF, you can select ‘Default Printer’ and click Print with options. then choose Microsoft Print to PDF or CutePDF and click on Print and select the path to save.
