Mobile computer cannot connect with server

Problem Description

An APM user with APM Mobile Inspections was not able to connect to the QA mobile/rest/ service.

Solution

The user is a Managed Services user. The status of the mobile Mobile\Rest service was active but when user tried to connect, there was no evidence in the client log for the mobile computer. The user provided the address which included "mobile\rest\" in the address. This address was a direct link to an older QA environment's mobile rest service and this server was no longer in use. APM Mobile Inspections are now directed to the server manager address that now handles all mobile connections and routing. User updated the address to the server manager's address and was able to successfully connect.
