    Site configuration

There is a trio of settings in Site that are all required to activate Interop fully.

    SYMPTOM - TROUBLESHOOTING

If any of these 3 Site settings are skipped, Site’s Work Management view will be missing the three Interop tabs: Request for work, Interop work order, and Interop work request.

    First setting

You must be logged in as an APM user who has authority to modify Site.
    1. The Site’s properties must activate “Work Management Integration.”

Use the Site menu to open the Properties dialog.

Within this dialog, go to the Modules tab, and ensure that Work Management Integration is checked for ‘yes’.  If you need to change this setting, you may need first to click Edit.
Click OK to save your changes.

    Second and third settings

With that checked, there are two more settings to go.
Now navigate to Site’s Administration menu, and choose Interoperability and Integration settings | APM AssetWise Interoperability.
The AssetWise Interoperability Settings dialog will be displayed.  On this dialog,
    2) Make sure that Interoperability is checked as active.
    3) Select the appropriate integration profile, such as shown here.
