APM updated without updating AssetWise Interoperability causes SAP connection to fail

Problem Description

User recently upgraded APM from release 7.12.1 to 7.12.3 but did not update AssetWise Interoperability (Service Bus component - not BECS CMMS connector). This resulted in the SAP Connector erroring.

Solution

Check on the version of AssetWise Interop being used is version recommended by APM prerequisites or higher.  The Interop Service version can be viewed in the service UI, on the Engines page.

AssetWise Interop will support earlier versions of APM but APM will not support earlier releases of AssetWise Interop. If the version of AssetWise Interop is earlier than the version specified in the APM prerequisites guide, download and install the latest version of AssetWise Interop that is compatible with your version of APM.

If you are updating APM, you should also always update to the latest version of Interop.
