The “How to…” page section of BECS Wiki has been created to help to orientate and facilitate BECS users work in the whole process of BECS installation, solution implementation or administration.
BECS is very easy, intuitive non-programming and user-friendly visual integration modeling environment. BECS is essentially an integration bus with wide range of features, connectors and integration functionality. This functionality includes an ability to create and use native "connectors" to variety of external enterprise applications, such as SAP®, Maximo®, Oracle® and many others. BECS is fully certified for SAP® ERP as well as SAP® HANA integration. This visual integration platform is the preferred way how to automate the flow of data between Bentley applications and external enterprise applications to provide two-way communications for data creation, updates, and modifications, keeping the data in both systems accurate and up to date.
This “How To…” site consists of three subsections/subpages dedicated to particular steps in a BECS integration project, according to different roles. On these pages the BECS user will find not only BECS documentation but also video guides or other helpful documents with a download section always at the bottom of pages.
