Tuesday July 15th
Keynote - Trends in Asset Lifecycle Information Management - A presentation on trends and Bentley’s approach to managing asset information throughout design, construction and operations.
eB 15.6 (SS4) New Features Overview - This session will provide an overview of new features available and changes in the latest product release of eB Information Manager.
Asset Information Management - Learn about the world of asset information and managing tag /location information in eB with respect to their relationships to systems, equipment, and documents in a facility or plant environment.
Reporting on eB Data Hands‐On -This workshop will cover the various reporting options available for accessing data stored in the eB Information Manager system. Accessing and presenting eB data in helpful and easy to use and understandable formats will enhance your system for the end user to your management team. You will have a chance to build and execute custom quick searches, autofiling folders and eQL reports. SSRS reports will be explained and demonstrated.
Visual Navigation with Asset Information - Learn about the new Visual Navigation feature available in v15.6 (SS4 release) which provides the ability to navigate managed Asset Information in eB through a web‐based 2D/3D visual interface.

Records Management - Learn about the operation of eB’s Records Management module to archive, transfer or remove documents. Defining records taxonomy, associating documents to record types, and process for harvested records will be covered.
Workflow Automation - Learn about workflow capabilities offered by eB, which includes the use of templates, parallel tasks and conditional branching as well as process visibility. Methods for initiating a workflow, handling assignments, and designing a workflow template will be covered.
Management of Change - This session illustrates how “Management of Change” with eB encompasses all five functions of Configuration Management: 1) Planning and Management; 2) Identification; 3) Change Management; 4) Status Accounting; and 5) Verification and Audit which ensures that configuration items meet the necessary requirements and match the latest documentation.
Reporting on eB Data - This session will provide an overview of reporting options available for accessing data stored in eB Information Manager. Learn which reporting option (such as quick search, autofiling folder, eQL report, SSRS report) is best for your reporting requirements.
Bentley Data Quality Server - Learn about the new Bentley Data Quality Server product available in eB v15.6 (SS4 release). The product is integrated with SSIS (SQLServer Integration Services) to provide secure data loads, tag validation, verification of handover data and more.
