Dynamic Groups

I am interested in Dynamic Groups too. Is there any information on this subject?

Dynamic groups provide a mechanism to define security dynamically on objects based on particular
actions, such as object creation or update. Although the dynamic group name can be defined in the
Dynamic Groups entry in the System Admin panel, to fully configure the behavior of the dynamic group
requires tailoring by Bentley Professional Services. If this capability is required, please contact Bentley

Can you give an example of a typical setup? Is there anymore documentation that describes it more in depth? Thanks.

Yes please, an example would be helpful and any documentation. If PS does the original configuration, must they also do all modifications in the future? Or is it more of a one time setup/config that we can then tweak for our business cases thereafter?

There is no documentation which would describe more in depth. I would suggest you should contact PS team they might be able to guide you properly. I donot have detail information but i can give a short example - if the user has some specific responsibilites for an object the would be performed through it. You can assign the role via SQL qurey which would have some conditions.
